P-Dubb Mancini was born Y.Williams in the war zone called Monrovia,Liberia (L.I.B). Due to the 14-year-old civil war in Liberia his 18-month-old brother and father were murdered in a massacre. Soon after, he and his family escaped from Liberia and came to the U.S.A where they lived in Staten Island, New York.
