It is our policy to promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and we will take
appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable
intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying with or substantially complying with the
DMCA, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing
or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and will act expeditiously to remove or disable
access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing. We will
terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or

4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the matter complained of, is not authorized by the

5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on
behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; and
6. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of notification of claimed copyright infringement, we will follow the procedures outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
If we remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing, we will make a good faith attempt to contact the user who has posted such
material in order to give that user an opportunity to make a counter notification.
Any and all counter notifications submitted by the user will be furnished to the complaining party. We will give the complaining party an
opportunity to seek judicial relief in accordance with the DMCA before we replace or restore access to any material as a result of any counter notification.
Counter Notification
Any and all counter notifications submitted by the user will be furnished to the complaining party. You may submit a counter claim notice electronically

All written notices must include, at a minimum, the following:

material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled
as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
3. The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction
of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside
of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the subscriber will accept
service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection or an agent of such person.
4. A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
