Born in Fort Pierce, Florida of Jamaican descent on May 19, 1992, Rushayne Shaw, best known as Yung King, is piece of the G5 Boys, artist, and poet. His career started with little love notes to young ladies in his class during 1st grade. After being moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he later learned how to structure such words and feelings into feeding his hunger of attention. Living with his mother, Rushayne’s father had occasionally tried to spend time with him introducing him to marijuana, money, and guns. This began Rushayne’s quest to make his money, freestyle, and rap. During 8th grade Rushayne had joined the freestyle circles began by his classmates and honed his skills to get to where he is now. During 9th grade, Rushayne met Rashad “Toon” Stokes and they later came together to form G5 Boyz.
