Ron began a journey with Native American flutes to honor his father’s ancestors and to continue to learn more about the traditions. He has quickly emerged as one of the most versatile and dynamic Native American flute players in the country. The Washington Post has praised his “pensively evocative music” as well as his “expressive and highly energetic” performances. Ron has recently performed various times as a soloist and with his band at the National Museum of the American Indian and has recently performed for the Papal Visit of Pope Benedict XI at The Nationals Ballpark in Washington DC.
