Young Great: Started singing at age seven, Grew up listening to hip hop and R&B, and pulls most of his inspiration from artist such as Trey songz, Bobby V, and Jamie Foxx. J Ricky: Started writing at age nine and began to rap at age fourteen. His influences are Mel da Artist, Psyintifik, Lil wayne (From the 1st carter 3), & BoneThug&Harmony. Great and ricky met Several years ago at blythe-bower elementary school. We both had a CD player ask what the other was listening to and realized we had the same musical taste. they had been friends for five years when they decided to pick up a mike and make their own music.
