Young Dez, Born Fernandez Jacques was born on 1987 in Haiti. At the age of 2 his grandmother sent for him to move to the United States in search of a better life. Young Dez was raised in Pompano Florida where he learned lessons that could not be taught in school. He was inspired to do music after watching his grandmother perform in the church choir but took it seriously after being encouraged by friends, family and neighborhood dealers. "They wanted to see me shine," says Dez, "they didn't want me to go that route." As of now Young Dez is focused and is looking for a major deal. His music will be sure to make you feel.
