Ninja Academy has surprised people at almost every club in Los Angeles, including Spaceland, The Echo, The Viper Room and Silverlake Lounge (which in May of 2006 they scored a Monday night residency, playing to a full house all 5 weeks). They have opened for Rx Bandits at The Roxy (a sold out show) and Banyan at DiPiazza's in Long Beach. In January of 2007 they held a (sold out, beyond capacity) goodbye show for their martial artist, Donkey Punch, at The Echo. This show was filmed and recorded by Spaceland Productions and is available for purchase worldwide. Since January of 2006 they have hosted, and continue to host, an All-Instrumental Night at Mr. T's Bowl in Highland Park featuring some of the best independent instrumental bands from around the country. In the summer of 2005, Ninja Academy was invited to perform at the 9th annual piNoisepop Festival in San Francisco, playing alongside bands like From Monument To Masses...
