Kronic stomping ground is Tunica, MS. Prior to the emergence of glamorous lights of casino gaming, Tunica was notorious for the level of poverty. "Sugar Ditch" was the name of a 3 street neighborhood which saw destitution that rivaled third world ghettos in Africa or South America, causing the Rev. Jesse Jackson to label it "America's Zimbabwe". In 2002 he lost his mother to a devastating car crash. Kronic has opened for numerous multi-platinum and major artist like Soulja Boy, Lil Wayne, Gucci Mane, Pretty Willie, Lil Boosie, Lil Weebie, Plies, Eight Ball & MJG and many, many more. Kronic has fought through adversity, poverty, and the loss of the most precious gift anyone can lose, a mother. Kronic is the perfect example of “nothing good in life don’t come without a struggle.”
