Voices United is a non-profit youth organization that promotes cross-cultural understanding through the performing, visual art and mixed media. Voices United empowers the multi-cultural youth of Miami to transform hatred into understanding, prejudice into respect, violence into peaceful collaboration, and cynicism into hope.

The Voices United process brings the multi-cultural cast together to learn, and then communicate to audiences both young and old, a message of hope and courage in the face of serious difficulties. Working from the topics discussed, and experiences shared, the cast and director build an original musical production that speaks on behalf of the entire cast. The end result is a powerful work of art created by youth, for youth.
