Bio:
Tumbledown is Scott Swan of Jacksonville, Florida and Alan Collins of Farmington, Maine. Scott plays acoustic and electric rhythm and lead guitars, bass and congas. Alan plays acoustic and electric rhythm guitars, as well as miscellaneous percussion instruments. Scott and Alan also sing lead and backing vocals.
Additional musicians on Tumbledown's debut CD "Sail Away" include Scott's son Jonathon Swan, who plays acoustic rhythm guitars on most tracks, and acoustic lead guitar on “Comfort Me,” a song that Jonathon wrote; Jacob Smith on the drums; Alan's sons Stephen Collins & Nathaniel Collins on keyboards; and Kaitlyn Hall, Kay Sue Collins (Alan's wife), Tamara Collins & Megan Collins (Alan's daughters) on backing vocals.
Scott and Alan grew up together in East Wilton, Maine and spend much their summers in Weld, Maine which is where most of the CD was recorded.
