Bio: Following completion their first UK tour and YET ANOTHER Japanese tour, Nanbanjin returned to the quiet hills of Oita to prepare for their debut album release. Working with Afronaut Records and producer Jon Wilks, the threesome fashioned an angular, angry debut with plenty of bile and a good dose of melody.
Brit boys, Dai Evans and Eoin Jordan, joined forces with New Zealander, Mal Larking, to form Nanbanjin in 2004. Showing a voracious appetite for live performances, the band disintegrated countless Japanese live venues before turning their attentions on the UK in 2006. A highly acclaimed British tour was preceded by a headlining slot at Japan's Concert on the Rock festival. Nanbanjin parted company with Mal following their UK tour and have been working with new drummer Manabu Mori (Mow Lee) since September 2006.
