Bio: Fatz, also known as "The Big Fella," is a young boastful rapper, born and raised in the streets of DC. His flamboyant, eclectic style of rap can captivate audiences of all kinds. You may have seen him performing at different venues over the years, including the Spot Club, the Lincoln Theatre, The Element, Aqua, Elements of Entertainment and even your block party. Fatz began his rap career at the tender age of 13, as a member of a three-man group called The Royal Family. Lil Dre, Bobby and Fatz were under the management of Alfonzo a.k.a. Skinny and the label 48/49th Records. They were one of the youngest, hottest groups in DC at the time. The group recorded their first song at Sound Madness Studios in Mitchellville, MD. Being an amateur to the studio, it took Fatz over an hour to lay down his verse and what seemed like forever for the group to record one song. Nevertheless, The Royal Family eventually got the hang of it and began recording the groups debut album Family Jewelz.
