The Dakota Project is a pop-country duo from South Florida that consists of Max Dalton, lead vocalist and guitarist, and Steven John, bassist and vocalist. Their sound has the perfect blend of sonic texturing, combining elements of contemporary pop, country and rhythmic energy reminiscent of legendary, American rock bands such as the Eagles.
The Dakota Project has a wealth of experience to draw upon to guide them on their journey. In addition to working with some of the best in the business, Max had contemporary hit radio success with the top 40 single “When I Dream About You” and Steve played bass for Atlantic Recording artist Linear, whose single “Sending All My Love” charted number five in the United States and sold over a million copies worldwide.
