Bio: A BEAUTIFUL CURSE was officially born in 2004 by freelance musician/producer Kenny James (who has worked with George Clinton and the P-Funk All Stars, 24-7 Spyz, Celldweller, The Unknownn, The Samples, and so many more). The CURSE, originally named My Drama, was a part time project combining emotional/dramatic rock, electronica, and the downtempo/trip hop movement, a blend Kenny christened as "sextempo" (sexy downtempo music).

In 2007, Kenny discovered uber-musician Brian Skeel through his work with mutual musical collaborators Contingence and Brian's remix work with Fixt Music. In late 2007, Brian was inducted as a full-time collaborator with the now newly named/newly focused A BEAUTIFUL CURSE bringing amazing guitar work along with monsterous yet extremely tasty programming and background vocals as well among other contributions.

A BEAUTIFUL CURSE is now a full-on music project headed by its two main contributors focused on the release of the debut cd "Of The Dust Of The Ground" in 2008.
