Bio: Aspiring Hip Hop Artsist, Song Writer, and President of Concrete Beats Ramel Joseph Williams was born and raised in Lefrak City, Queens, New York. Raised by his grandmother, Rosetta Davis, in an apartment complex
surrounded by drugs and violence, Ramel succeeded regardless of the expectations. This environment allowed Ramel to excel in life receiving numerous awards, scholarships and honors for college. Music has always been a part of his life. Writing since he was young, starting with poetry, he
eventually evolved into songs about the events that have shaped his life, going to college, growing up without involved parents (both were addicted to drugs) and moving from New York to Kansas to his now home in
Indianapolis, Indiana. Ramel brings a different flavor to the R&B/rap scene talking about the struggle, but he also gives a message of hope. Through his music, listeners hear a different side of the street life and the positive options available.
