Bio: Jorge Lan was born in Mexico. In 1991 he started studying guitar and shortly after he joined the rock band Gaveta, with whom he performed in many Mexico City Entertainment Clubs. In 1996 he decided to dedicate his career professionally to music and began his extensive studies in music harmony, solfeggio, counterpoint, orchestration, and Chamber music. In 1999 he started performing as a singer-songwriter- from clubs, cafes and cultural associations, to TV shows and city festivals. In 2005 Jorge moved to Madrid and studied acting. He appears on the Mexican-Spanish movie 3:19, performing his song "Contigo Ser el Aire", included in the soundtrack. (To be released in theaters in summer 2007, throughout Spain, Mexico and other Latin American countries). From director Danny Saadia. He has released 3 albums "Una y Mil Veces", "Cerca" and "Los piratas" (Children music) Jorge now lives in Spain where he performs, writes music for motion pictures, arranges and produces.
