A songwriter, singer, and blues/jazz musician, Mia is accompanied by slide guitar great and premier dobro player Orville Johnson to bring her unique and fun genre-blending sound of americana, blues and jazz to audiences. Grammy nominated bassist Garey Shelton joins her and occasionally top drummers like Ben Smith or Mark Ivester sit in.

Mia performs regularly at Northwest venues and festivals. She has performed in Beijing, China as part of a cultural exchange with musicians from around the globe.

In Februaruy 2009, Mia released her debut CD, "Alone Together With the Blues." It is a magical combination of tunes which highlight Mia's vocals and Orville Johnson's guitar work.
