Ayana's debut album entitled "Love Lifted Me" has a sound like no other. Her father a skilled guitarist, and her mother her first vocal influence, has enabled her to step into a sound all her own. The love of Christ being her primary inspiration makes her purpose for singing plain to everyone that hears her. Having penned all but two tracks has made this, her first solo effort, very dear to her. Often referring to her material as "life music", is what she feels creates the difference between her music and traditional gospel. "Although I'm a Christian, I make music that anyone can relate to. I'm still human and I need God's grace to help me be all that I was created to be. I think that's what most people desire....no matter what you believe...."
