Louie Castelli (LiL LouiE C) born on October 1,1992 in South Philly , started rapping at the age of 10.He never thought it was going to be such a big part of his life.At the age of 12 he turned to one of his friends Giancarlo who also raps and let him hear some of the stuff he put together and that was when he relized that he could make something of it.Since then he has performed with Giancarlo numerous times , performs at local teen dances , went into the studio with Mike Fazio, and now does some work with one of South Phillys hottest Djs DJ Punzo .LouiE C just recently hooked up with Smutchie Productions and theres been nothing but hits since.
