We send ringtones, wallpapers, and videos to you as an attachment in a PIX message.
If it's been awhile and you still haven't received the message, make sure you have a camera phone with picture messaging plan
and click here to resend the message to your phone (hint: try shortening the ringtones for better results).
Smart Phone Users (like Blackberry, HTC, and Treo): Try downloading your content directly from our mobile website by visiting m.myxer.com
from your phone's browser. (Note: you must have full internet access from your phone.)
If you are still having trouble, please sign into www.myxer.com and:
1. Go to the Account -> Phone Details page and make sure your mobile carrier and phone model are correct.
2. Go to the Account -> Phone Preferences -> Ringtone Overrides page and double check that you have "Choose Automatically" selected as your
"Preferred Ringtone Format".

2. Sign in using your phone number and your password
3. Follow the 'my stuff' ->'Recent Downloads' link or search for the content you want

1) Go to ‘Account’ -> ‘Phone Details’ and make sure you choose the correct mobile carrier and the type of phone.
2) Send another content to your phone.

Don't worry, be happy. Accounts are free. Myxer is NOT a subscription
service and we don't have ANY membership or monthly fees.
You can download Make Your Own ringtones and wallpapers and most of the content in our catalog at no charge. If we are ever going to
charge you anything it will be very obvious.
The only other charges you may see on your cell phone bill will be from your carrier.
Depending on your mobile data plan, your carrier may charge you to receive the text (or PIX) messages we send or to access the internet
to download your content from our servers. If you are not sure about your plan, you should double check with your carrier first.

have everything.
If you didn't find what you want, you can always Make Your Own ringtones and wallpapers
from files you have on your computer. Give it a try, it's fun!

Text "verify" from your phone to 69937 (MYXER) and we'll resend the message to your phone.
(All other users please text "verify" from your phone to 9543046522)
We send the message right away, but sometimes it might take few minutes to reach your phone.
Please make sure that you have text messaging enabled on your phone and that you can receive messages from a short code.
Remember to use your phone number for the loginID.
AT&T, Boost, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Verizon Wireless Users:
Just text "reset pw" from your mobile phone to 69937 and we'll send you a text message with your new password.
All Other Carriers: Please text "reset pw" to 9543046522.
Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Cricket, and Centennial Wireless Users:
Unless you have a "smart" phone (like a Blackberry, HTC, or Treo), we send ringtones to you as an attachment in a PIX message (so you'll need to have a
camera phone with PIX messaging enabled). When you receive the message, open it and use your phone's options menu to save the sound to your phone,
and set it as your ringtone. More detailed instructions.
All Other Users: We send ringtones to you as a link in a text message (so you'll need to be able to access the internet
from your phone). When you receive the message, open it and use your phone's options menu to follow the link and download the ringtone to your phone
(do not type the link into your desktop browser). More detailed Instructions.
If you're having trouble following the link, try downloading your content directly from our mobile website by visiting
m.myxer.com from your phone's browser.
You should have received a message with a link in it. When you receive the message, just open it and click the link or use your phone's menu button to follow the
link and start the download.
If it's been a while and you still haven't received the message, click here to resend it or download your content directly from
our mobile website by visiting m.myxer.com from your phone's browser (no messages necessary).

If you need to update your phone number, phone manufacturer, e-mail address, display name,
ringtone volume, wallpaper size, or anything else... please sign into www.myxer.com from
your computer and follow these instructions:
1. Click on the "Account" link (top left corner)
2. Select the option on the left-hand column
3. Update the information
Try sideloading your content by following these steps:
1. Click the 'Send to Phone' button on any item or a Make-Your-Own ringtone or wallpaper
2. Enter your phone number and click 'Continue'
3. Click the 'Download to PC' button
4. Use an SD card, Bluetooth, or a data cable to transfer the song to your phone
When you purchase an MP3 from our store, the song will be downloaded to your PC.

If your phone is not on the list, it's likely that your phone or carrier is not currently supported for games/apps.
