Contestants have an opportunity to download beats for .99 cents from the hottest celebrity producers such as Dj Khaled, Cool & Dre, Sha Money and Green Lantern.
Loud.com is in the final stages of its contest that will award an aspiring rapper $100,000 and a recording contract with partner SRC/Universal Records. An original group of thousands of rappers has now been trimmed down to just nine, who have been dubbed "The Finalists." These "Finalists" are set to embark upon a six-part series of tasks to determine the winner by showcasing their musicianship, as well as their self-marketing and entrepreneurial skills.
Loud.com has set out to remove the entrance barrier to the music industry for aspiring rappers. Already boasting more than 90,000 members, Loud.com is at the forefront of the next movement in Hip Hop.
