Kali Kronic began mixing techno/electropop music as a hobby out of boredom when she lived on the Las Vegas strip and was too young to get into dance clubs. After searching for a studio with the right synergy, Kali met former boy band star Stevie “Tonie Soprano” Hunt, then known as Benz from the group II Close. Here Kali gained the confidence to emerge as an artist. All-night studio sessions were the norm as Kali worked on a series of children’s songs. Her first release was the hit “Kali Crazy” with its infectious chorus. When she was ready for a different, more mainstream sound, and under Hunt’s advice, Kali hit the studio with writer/ producers, Gemini, Engi and Orly from the pop group CGO. In late 2008, Kronic Ent. released her debut single “Hollywood Love.” Her debut album is slated for release March 2009. Kali’s trademark is her deep, sultry often synthesized vocals, long dark hair and her naturally full pout.
